Living Coaching

Suzanne works with her clients to explore what they want to achieve. You, the client, discover your unique gifts and how to tap into them to obtain, retain and sustain a happy and productive existence. Suzanne takes you through a process that crystallizes what you want from your life and career. You know you have to make the choice, you have to do the work, and you have to make the commitment. Leadership Communication Coaching

For an Executive, being good is often not good enough. You want to get to the next level, and that often requires skill to communicate influentially to various stakeholders. Suzanne has worked in influential communication for 12 years and has trained several Senior Executives to tap into their authentic self while engaging audiences and individuals to respond and react positively to their ideas and therefore move to action.

A one-on-one focused coaching session to prepare business leaders for a presentation or speech. Executives are often responsible for an investor or client’s first impression of their organization. Executives must create a positive perception each and every time they interact with stakeholders. Many Executives, while very skilled at management, need to polish their ability to present to audiences to be perceived as controlled and engaging.

Because Executives have unique and sometimes sensitive requirements, Suzanne F. Stevens personally works with them in a single detailed and interactive coaching session in preparation for an important speech or presentation.. We focus on the individual’s specific abilities and objectives to achieve confidence, flexibility, control, and persuasiveness.

Line-up Coaching

This group coaching is conducted with the key individuals in your organization who are on the front lines with your employees or your customers. Often you have all been working so closely together, or have been so busy working, you haven’t been able to explore opportunities and your potential as a team.

Suzanne works with your team so each individual goes on a self-exploration with the goal to discover where each person’s assets lie and how they could impact the overall team performance. The process will clear the way to how the team can work together to explore new bonds, new avenues and new possibilities .
