Suzanne F. Stevens is the Chief Edge Optimizer, of the Ignite Excellence Group of Initiatives. Suzanne incorporates over 24 years of sales experience, influential communications knowledge, leadership insights, training execution, and entrepreneurial capability with her adventure travels to over 40 countries to bring audiences to the front row.
As a speaker, host, trainer and coach, Suzanne’s mantra is: “We perform at our best at the edge or our comfort zone”. In Suzanne’s high-energy, interactive presentation, her goal is to take people to the edge. She achieves that by bringing her backpack, briefcase and boardroom experiences to inspire individuals to elevate their personal backpack (everyday living), briefcase (business success) and boardroom (engaging many) performance to reach their personal & professional potential.

Working with you – Suzanne understands that your event’s success is your success and there are specific goals you would like to achieve. Prior to conducting a keynote, Suzanne will gain insight into your association, not-for-profit or organization.
Suzanne’s commitment:
Pre Event
- She will provide you with a questionnaire that will assist her with focusing her keynote and provide her with some tailored examples that will resonate with your audience.
- She will ensure you feel confident that she will assist you in executing a seamless event
- She will tailor her presentation to your audience and overall event objectives.
During Event
- Arrive early enough to do a sound check that is not disruptive to the event
- Arrive a minimum of an hour and a half prior to speaking. If the event is a conference, she will often arrive the day before, or in plenty of time to meet the audience and hear previous speakers in order to incorporate major themes.
- Stay after the talk to answer any further questions
- Make contact information available for further discussion
- Give a high-energy presentation that challenges thinking, while respecting your cultural uniqueness.
- Stay within your schedule.
Post Event
- Provide a summary of key points in the talk or provide additional tools to assist with the implementation of key points.
- Provide opportunity to opt-in to one of the several resources provided by the Ignite Excellence Group of Initiatives.
